The Valley CARES Family Justice Center
(Crisis and Recovery Services)
A centralized service center for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault that connects victims with advocates and resources to help navigate the complex judicial process.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast
The annual breakfast which celebrates the life and legacy of the influential civil rights leader, in order to affirm the important and positive relationship between the LAPD and the city’s African-American community.
“Look Again” Public Service Awareness Campaign
A campaign to raise awareness of human trafficking activity and sex trafficking of minors in Los Angeles. The campaign was also designed to foster community and connection within neighborhoods to proactively protect the public and young children.
Harvard & South Park Community Safety Partnerships
Where officers focus on community engagement, schools/safe passages, critical enforcement, and youth programs.
